Mushroom salad with nutmeg

Ingredients for 6 people:

  • 700 g of Paris mushrooms
  • 2 yellow lemons
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 150 g of fresh cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1 salt and pepper

Preparation of the recipe

Squeeze the lemon juice.
Cut the earthy base of mushrooms. Pass them quickly under water. Cut them into slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent them from turning black.
Wash and chop the parsley.
In a bowl, mix remaining lemon juice with crème fraîche, parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Add the mushroom sauce just before serving.
