Right of Withdrawal and Conditions
In accordance with the Economic Law Code regarding commercial practices and consumer information and protection, in the case of an order for products or services remotely, any consumer has a 14-calendar-day period to withdraw from the order they placed with Natural Spices sprl. This right can be exercised without penalties and without providing a reason.
If the products have already been delivered within this period, the consumer must return them in their original packaging, ensuring it is preserved in its original condition, along with any accessories or instruction manuals, to the following address:
